Steve Cooley is a veteran educator, championship football coach, and athletic leader with more than 30 years of experience developing successful programs, mentoring student-athletes, and leading organizations. Throughout his career, Coach Cooley has transformed football programs across Indiana, earning multiple sectional and regional championships while building cultures centered on leadership, discipline, and excellence.

A graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in Education and a master's in Educational Administration from Indiana University Southeast, Coach Cooley combines educational leadership with extensive real-world experience. His accomplishments include multiple State Sectional and Regional Championships, Indiana All-Star Coach honors, and leading New Albany High School to its first Regional Championship in school history.

As a co-founder and leader of AMP, Steve brings the same competitive mindset and passion for innovation that defined his coaching career. His deep understanding of athletics, player development, team culture, and coaching operations helps shape AI solutions designed specifically for coaches, athletic departments, and student-athletes — helping programs make smarter decisions, improve performance, and create better outcomes on and off the field.

Ryan McConnell is an executive advisor, entrepreneur, and business growth strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations accelerate growth, increase profitability, and leverage technology to create lasting competitive advantages.

Throughout his career, Ryan has helped scale businesses, including contributing to the growth of an organization from $3 million to more than $150 million in annual gross sales over six years. He has led successful company rebranding initiatives, advised middle-market businesses with revenues ranging from $5 million to more than $100 million on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, creative financing, and long-term growth strategies. He also serves in security management for NFL events, NCAA Championship events, and nationally recognized concert tours, overseeing operational planning and execution in high-profile environments.

Today, Ryan advises business owners, executives, and athletic organizations on growth strategy, artificial intelligence, automation, digital marketing, merchant services, and operational excellence.
